2021 Meeting Schedule:













Applicants seeking preliminary/final approval shall submit the following:
(1) A completed final plan application form, as provided by the Township
(2) One electronic copy of the plans to muddycreektownship@zoominternet.net 
(3) Two (2) full sized copies of the and Five (5) half sized (11" x 17") copies of the plan 
(4)  Require Fee *please reference the township fee schedule.

The required plan, application and supporting documents and the fee must be submitted to Muddy Creek Township no more than thirty (30) days and not less than twenty (20) days prior to the regular meeting of the Township Planning Commission at which the plan is to be formally presented.

If you wish to have a concept (informal) plan review, the applicant must notify the township at least twenty five (25) days prior to the meeting at which the concept plan will be reviewed.
​Applicants shall submit a minimum of three (3) copies of the concept plan to the Muddy Creek Township office not more than twenty five (25) days and not less than ten (10) days prior to the regular meeting of the Planning Commission at which the plan will be formally presented.
